Good questions.
Clear answers.
A little clarity before you call. Here’s what to know about our services, appointment requests, and working hours.
Let’s make the next step easy.
What services do you offer?
We provide AC installation and repair, gas furnace service, electric heating installation and repair, and ductwork installation and repair. Tell us what your system is doing or what you are planning to install.
Which brands do you work with?
We service and install Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, Bryant, York, American Standard, Amana, and Daikin equipment. Please include your model information when available.
How do I request a service visit?
Call (202) 940-9629, email r.azooz@gulf-infrastructure.com, or use the service request form on our homepage. Include your phone number, service address, preferred time, and a short description of the issue.
Is my appointment automatically confirmed?
No. Every service request requires approval. We will contact you to confirm the requested window or discuss another time. Please wait for our confirmation before treating a visit as booked.
What are your working hours?
Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 9 PM Central Time. We are closed on Sundays.
How long are appointment windows?
We use two-hour service windows. The time needed for the actual work depends on the equipment and the issue. We will discuss the visit with you when confirming your request.
What should I include in my request?
Tell us whether the issue involves AC, a gas furnace, electric heating, ductwork, or your thermostat. Include the symptoms, when they began, the brand and model if known, and a phone number where we can reach you.
Can I get a price before booking?
Contact us to discuss the work you need. Service, installation, and repair charges are discussed separately. Submitting a request is not a price quote or an automatic appointment confirmation.
I do not know what is wrong. Can I still contact you?
Absolutely. Describe what you notice in everyday terms—warm air, no heat, weak airflow, uneven temperatures, a leak, or an unfamiliar noise. You do not need to identify the cause before reaching out.
